San Antonio Pregnancy Care Center has safe, non-judgmental staff with whom you can ask questions and find answers. We offer same day pregnancy testing by appointment to ensure quick service. Walk-ins for pregnancy testing are welcome, but a same day appointment cannot be guaranteed.
Ultrasound Policy: All clients are required to take a positive pregnancy test at the San Antonio Pregnancy Care Center before an ultrasound can be scheduled. At times we do open a waitlist. Since ultrasounds cannot be scheduled online, please call us for more information.
